To be fair some restaurant staff were lovely on the evening service. We complained to the restaurant staff directly but felt so strongly we went to reception and asked for the manager to voice our frustration. After reception taking our complaint and promising to have the manager contact us there was no feedback to us in any form. This has left us feeling that the hotel does not care about its guests negative experiences.
